authorities. Initially majoring in Biotechnology
Engineering, she then got the Law Decree to strengthen her
legal background. She has spent the last four years as a
Regulatory Affairs Manager for L’Oreal Vietnam. Before that,
she had been working for more than ten years for Law Firms,
including Tilleke Gibbins – the leading IP Law Firm in Asia.

Arsy Asyafra Nabila

Arsy Asyafra Nabila is an experienced regulatory specialist
with a strong track record in ensuring compliance with
regulations and laws. She has extensive expertise in
regulatory compliance, product registration, regulatory
updates, and project management. As a licensed pharmacist in
Indonesia, Arsy has worked across multiple industries,
including pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and now the food
sector. Her experience includes handling ASEAN products,
primarily from Korea and Japan, as well as non-ASEAN imports
from countries like the EU and the US. Currently, Arsy is
dedicated to cosmetics and food compliance, leveraging her
expertise in regulatory affairs and government liaison to
ensure smooth market access and compliance for various
products.

Ji-won Choi

Ji-won Choi is a regulatory expert with extensive experience
in global regulatory affairs and market access strategies,
with a strong focus on Korean cosmetic regulations. With
in-depth knowledge of the Korean cosmetic regulatory
framework, she has led numerous projects related to
functional cosmetic evaluations, labeling and advertising
reviews, and product registration.

Tiangu Yuan

Mr. Tiangu Yuan has 12 years of experience in domestic and
international sales of cosmetics and health foods for two
major cosmetic groups in Japan, KOSE and POLA & ORBIS. Since
the business covers multiple channels such as door-to-door
sales, drugstores, online channels, duty-free, etc., in
Japan, he is familiar with the delicate differences between
channels, has rich experience in multi-channel mixed sales,
and is familiar with the business environment and market
information of the beauty industry in Japan. As an overseas
sales executive, he is familiar with the regulatory
requirements for cosmetic products as well as the compliance
requirements related to health food registration and filing.

Arnola Lilaj holds a Master’s Degree in Advanced Cosmetic
Sciences from the University of Bologna in Italy, and she is
an experienced Regulatory and Government Affairs Specialist
at REACH24H Consulting Group, where she supports businesses
navigating complex regulatory frameworks in the EU and
beyond. Her work focuses on EU regulatory compliance,
chemical safety, and fostering dialogue between regulatory
bodies and industry to promote safe and compliant market
access across a range of different industries. Before
joining REACH24H, Arnola gained experience at the European
Chemicals Agency (ECHA) in Helsinki and at the European
Chemical Industry Council (Cefic), the biggest trade
association in Brussels.

Caroline Santayana

With a decade of experience leading initiatives in the
cosmetic industry, Caroline Santayana has worked with
various professional trade associations, supporting the
industry in navigating government relations and complex
regulatory landscapes. Before joining REACH24H USA, Caroline
worked with the Independent Beauty Association, where she
supported the U.S. indie beauty sector. Caroline holds a
Bachelor’s degree in International Development from Clark
University. She is committed to empowering both individuals
and global industries to advance human and environmental
safety through government relations and regulatory
engagement.

Jing Wei

Jing Wei is a certified toxicologist of the Chinese Society
of Toxicology and EU EU-certified Cosmetic Safety Assessor.
With 6+ years of expertise in cosmetic safety assessment,
she specializes in regulatory compliance, toxicological
studies, and risk evaluation for finished cosmetics and
ingredients. She is well-versed in China, EU, and US
cosmetic regulations, having supported numerous
international and domestic brands in achieving compliant
market access.
